The "Get It Off Your Chest" is {Enter At Your Own Risk! Absolutely No Rules, No Moderation of any type, Be Aware That Anything Goes; Whiners be damned if you complain!} I think that is plain and simple enough.
The "Keep Talking" section, along with the rest of the forum is lightly moderated. By this, I mean keep the language fairly clean. You can view this section without being a member, and you don't have to log in to see it. The "Get It Off Your Chest" section you must be a member and log in to see any post. It is set this way to keep people from complaining and keep kids from seeing it.
One other rule is No Names or no using someones real name, as this can lead to lawsuits and ip address's being turned over to authority's.
These rules can be easily followed. Thank each of you for your time.

Sounds like you and The Boss may be a little confused about the law. If someone can be sued for calling some by their real name, then the first amendment is useless. Sounds like the gloves off section means gloves off but no hitting below the belt, above the shoulders or on the sabbath. If anyone is in danger of legal action it would be the person calling himself "smasher" whose threats could be considered criminal. Of course the owner of the site is also at risk as well by allowing them to stand. But hey, I'm just posting for free so I don't really care one way or the other. I just found it amusing that this gloves off section seems to be rather subjectively gloves on. |
